Position: Sales Manager

Location: Islamabad

Responsibilities

  • independently develop central or south region commercial market and align with regional partner resource to catch more business.
  • Develop new commercial partner from market;
  • Enhance commercial partner ecosystem from partner high level and through strategy engagement

Professional qualifications

  • Required at least 5+ years of experience in sales or channel management in Dis/OEM with successful experience with many partner CXO engagement
  • Familiar with SME market business model
  • Basic knowledge on ICT solution and customer requirement
  • Understand local partner ecosystem
  • Have strong communication capability
  • Skill of outside/inside resource engagement, such as SR/FR/Partner
  • Basic skill of IT/IP solution

Position: IP Solution Manager

Location: Islamabad

Responsibilities

  • Present Huawei Datacom products and solutions, especially SDN solutions for Campus, Branches, Datacenters & IP Backbone WAN Networks.
  • Customer requirement analysis, model selection, design, quotation, and bidding for Datacom products;
  • Provide training and frequent visits to Huawei Datacom product channel partners.
  • Design and plan the solution of Huawei Datacom products and customer requirements.
  • Solve customer network design issue.
  • Use different tool to do customer network insight.
  • Build professional relationship with customers and visit them frequently.
  • Arrange technical workshops, present Huawei solutions etc.
  • Work closely with sales, channel and services team
  • Learn & follow Huawei internal process during daily work.
  • Responsible for key customers belonging Government, Defense, FSI, Education sectors
  • Main KPI will be to bring order and revenue for the organization and achieve the KPI in time.

Professional qualifications

  • Have a Bachelors of Science/Engineering in one of the preferably fields (Telecommunications, Computer Science, Data Networks, Software Engineering, etc.)
  • Be familiar with the working principles of Datacom network software and hardware products.
  • Expert level knowledge of IP Network protocols like OSPF, ISIS, BGP, MPLS, SRv6, IPv6.
  • Should have very clear understanding of Datacom Networks for small or large campuses, ISP, Datacenters, including wired and wireless solutions.
  • Should have solid understanding of Datacom devices such as switches, firewalls, NG Firewalls, routers, data center switches, WiFi Access Points,
  • Should have solid understanding of SDN solutions, including campus SDN, data center SDN, and WAN SDN
  • Should have solid understanding of security protocols and solutions like IPSEC, SSL, VPN, IPS, Anti-Virus, URL Filtering, etc.
  • Should be familiar with Datacom products and solution of main industry OEMs,
  • Should have working knowledge of different solutions like Load Balancers, GSLB, DNS, WAF, Sandbox, SIEM & SOAR solutions etc.
  • Preferred to have expert level industry certifications like HCIE, CCIE, JNCIE etc.

Business Skill

  • Should have proven pre-sales and post-sales experience
  • Should have very good interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Good presentations skills
  • Should have ability to handle pressure and work under stressed situations
  • Be responsible & organized
  • Take owner ship of task and should be result oriented.
  • Develop sales pipeline and track progress of projects
