We are looking for a Food & Beverages Co-Ordinator.
Following are the requirements:
- Support the Food & Beverage Management in the day-to-day operation by performing administrational and operational tasks.
- Assist in controlling and analyzing quality levels of products and service, guest satisfaction, merchandising and marketing, operating costs and sanitation.
- Establish and maintain effective employee relations.
- Develop formal training plans and conduct on the job training sessions for Food & Beverage Department employees.
- Assist with the compilation of new menus and beverage lists.
- Attend and contribute to weekly Food & Beverage departmental meetings.
- Inform the Food & Beverage Department on a daily basis of all relevant information on operational matters.
- Oversee the preparation, presentation and service of Food and Beverage products to ensure highest quality at all times.
- Coordinate with training Dept for OJT and General Training.
- Keep track of all department schedules.
- Taking care of duty rosters.
- Performs related duties and special projects as assigned by Department Head.
We are hiring a Learning & Development Manager.
Requirements:
- Conducts the training needs assessment for the hotel, identifies gaps and create a yearly training calendar.
- Develop, deploy, and manage the training budget for the hotel, involving all stakeholders and monitoring expenditure monthly.
- Conduct spot checks on training topics, hygiene grooming, and other tasks assigned by leadership.
- Create, track, and evaluate the professional development plans for all managers (grade 13 above) in the hotel.
- To manage, deploy and evaluate the career leadership system in the hotel.
- Conducts monthly stay interviews.
- Conducts brand standards audits in conjunction with HODS
- Manages and checks the impact of e-learning tools (Rouxbe, Lobsterink, etc).
- Establishes and maintains employee, supervisory and management records of training on a training matrix.
- To conduct cross-property audits as part of the brand audit team on the instruction of the corporate office.
- Establishes and maintains effective employee relations.
- Assist the Human resources department in engagement activities at the hotel.
- Manages the effective deployment and evaluation of Management Trainees at the hotel based on set benchmarks.
