As, per the promise of PM Imran Khan, the Government of Pakistan is on to launch the 3rd Phase of Naya Pakistan Housing Scheme for the low income and homeless Pakistanis. For this purpose Government of Pakistan has started its Phase-III with the help of NADRA because from the NADRA Database it’ll be much easier for the Government of Pakistan to recognize the poor and homeless Pakistani Nationals.

                                               

Naya Pakistan Housing Scheme 2022 is the most awaited housing scheme which launched on October 10, 2018 by the PM Pakistan Imran Khan. Under this housing scheme the Government is aiming to construct five million affordable houses for the homeless people on easy installments and for this purpose the PM Imran Khan has announced a National Financial Regulatory Body will arrange the finances for the project and will continue this project. The Phase-I of Naya Pakistan Housing Scheme 2022 has been launched and details can be examined from the following.

Eligibility Criteria for Naya Pakistan Housing Scheme Phase-III:

• All citizens of Pakistan having valid CNIC numbers are eligible to apply.
• The citizen of Pakistan having at least 18 years or above age are eligible to apply.
• The citizen of Pakistan who is not involved in any act of terrorism and their names are not included in schedule IV of ATA, 1997 are welcome to apply.
• Only one application against one CNIC will be accepted.

How to Apply for Naya Pakistan Housing Scheme 2022:

1. Interested individuals may get Registration Form Online from the official site of NADRA such as www.naphda.gov.pk or from our site www.JobsAlert.pk.
2. Those applicants facing problem in online registration, they can get Naya Pakistan Housing Scheme Registration Form from the relevant office located in every district.
3. The registration process is available from February 28 to March 09, 2022.
4. There is no application fee for Naya Pakistan Housing Scheme Online Registration.

Naya Pakistan Housing Scheme Loan Process:

• The successful candidates will have Rs. 300,000 Cost Subsidy by the Government of Pakistan.
• To avail House / Apartment the successful candidates will have discounted loan from the relevant bank for the period of 5 to 20 years against which the candidate has to pay a monthly installment in the relevant bank.
• After the scrutiny verification, by balloting, all registered candidates will have House / Apartment.
• After balloting, the successful candidates have to submit a 10% Down Payment to the relevant bank and have to make an agreement with the relevant bank.
