· Job Offer issuance for Banca Sales within TAT after preemployment checks
· Confirmations of Sales Employees after arranging medical investigations and clearances.
· Processing Final Settlements of Banca Employees along-with clearances
· Post-Employment verifications
· Processing of employee Leave Management system
Skill Requirements:
· Presentable with Strong written and oral communication skills
· The person must be well-organized, efficient, and productive under pressure.
· Proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Excel).

Education: Graduate / Masters
Experience: 1-2 Years of Payroll experience
Job Responsibilities
· Manage commission, salary payroll and bonus of sales staff and updating the commission rate and structure.
· To Assist Bi-monthly commission of All Individual Life Channels
· Processing of salaries of Sales Force
· Administration of commissions/ claw backs and cancellations based on Policy cancellations and adjustments.
· Facilitate sales team by providing Salaries and Income Certificate.
· Processing of cheque/pay-order cancellation and reissuance.
· Handling of hold and released payments on instruction of Sales Heads.
· Overall management and MIS handling of Bank Accounts for Payment Purpose.
· Effective resolution of sales queries via Swift communication with DSF/ Managers.
· Preparation of reports pertaining to payments, commission, recovery etc.
Requirements:
· Minimum 1 year of Payroll work experience.
· Proficiency in MS Excel.
· Minimum Graduate Qualification
