Students who belong to Khairpur district and who are studying at various public sector university institutes / colleges anywhere in Pakistan (preferably HEC recognized) can apply for the scholarship if they meet / meet the eligibility criteria.
Applications for the Khairpur District Merit and Need-Based 2021 Scholarship can be submitted within one month from the announcement of the scholarship. Scholarships are announced on October 18. The last date for submitting the application is November 18, 2021.

Eligibility Criteria for the Khairpur Scholarship:
- The Candidate and their parent or guardian must have a Certificate of Permanent Resident and Residence (PRC) from the Khairpur District.
- Applicant candidates must have a 75% grade on their last approved exam.
- In the case of CGPA 3.00, it will be considered to determine the merit.
- Qualifications Certificate of the last approved exam (Only certified annual qualifications not prior to 2019 would be considered).
- Students studying in the following disciplines I courses / programs are encouraged to apply:
- BSc / M.Sc / BS (4 years)
- BCS / BIT / MITB.Ed (4 years)
- at different universities and their affiliated degree faculties.
- B.E / B.Tech (4 years) / MBBS / BDS / DVM I BSc. (Engineering Technology) .
- BA / LLB / BBA / BPAJM.A / MBA / MPA (Regular students from affiliated universities and colleges in the aforementioned disciplines can apply).
- Associate Engineer Diploma (DAE), three years (third-year students only can apply).
Note:
- Students who are studying at public sector universities / colleges for the above courses on a self-funded basis, are not eligible for this scholarship.
- MS / MPhil / ME / LLM / Ph.D. students they are also not eligible for this scholarship.
- A minimum of 10% scholarships have been reserved for women1 So / or for minorities and 5% for people with disabilities.
- However, there is no impediment if this limit is exceeded based on open merit.
- In cases where any space remains vacant between the specified minimum percentage, the space (s) will be transferred to open merit vacancies.
- The scholarship amount will be disbursed online in their bank accounts opened in the name of eligible / qualified students who I mentioned in the application form.

ONLY APPLICATION FORMS FROM 2021-22 WILL BE ACCEPTED .
Candidates must present a certificate from the Head of Department of the Faculty / Institute / University / School in question on the prescribed form showing enrollment in the respective Faculty / Institute / University Copy of the Address and PRC of the student and his / her parent / guardian CNIC of the student (if a minor, a form from NADRA must be attached} and his / her parent / guardian. Original marks Certificate of the last approved exam (2019 onwards) Certificate of income from parent / guardian. In case the parent / guardian is a government employee, their pay slip for the last month can be attached Recent passport size photograph. respect should reach the scholarship cell / branch at the commissioner's office deputy / chair of the Need-Cum-Merit Khairpur Mirs scholarship board, through the director of the institution with the cover letter no later than November 18, 202 1.
